Background

Research at the intersection
of biology and computation

I completed two research internships — one at the Toulouse Cancer Research Center (CRCT, Inserm) focused on pancreatic cancer microenvironment modeling, and one at the Institut du Thorax (Inserm, Nantes) working on cardiovascular genomics.

My work encompasses tumor microenvironment simulation, spatial tissue analysis, large-scale variant annotation, and machine learning — always grounded in translational research goals.
